Job summary

DRYmedic Restoration Services is seeking a hands-on Restoration Lead Technician in Texas to join our team. You will work side by side with the Mitigation Service Team restoring buildings affected by water, fire, mold, or other causes.

You will remove damaged materials, extract water, operate power tools, and execute job action plans while maintaining safety and quality at busy job sites.

Qualifications

• Background check is required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Reliable transportation to Main Office.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Frequent walking, standing, bending and twisting.
• OSHA respirator requirements: clean shave for respirator use.
• Team environment experience preferred.
• Work in tight or confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Remove/demolish materials that cannot be restored or repaired at job sites.
• Extract standing water if needed.
• Move, clean, and store equipment, tools, and vans.
• Clean up affected materials and areas at job sites including removing all job-related debris.
• Assist Project Foreman with job site production.
• Maintain job site safety.
• Execute job action plan for restoration production.
• Contents manipulation.
• Working in confined spaces including heights.
• Utilization of power tools.
• Assist with warehouse duties.
• Identify and place drying equipment.
• Communicate workflow and scope of work with Foreman and Supervisors.
