Job summary

CleanPath Restoration™ is seeking a Lead Mitigation Technician to oversee residential and commercial mitigation projects in Dallas, TX. You will lead daily site operations and ensure safety while coordinating with the team to restore properties affected by water, fire, mold, or storms.

The role offers growth with support for advanced certifications, a competitive pay range of $21–$25+ per hour, and a benefits package including health, 401(k), PTO, and paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations to restore properties damaged by water, fire, mold, or storms.
• Direct setup, operation, and monitoring of drying and dehumidification equipment on job sites.
• Perform structural demolition, cleaning, and debris removal for full restoration.
• Document progress, notes, and property photos using mobile software accurately.
• Enforce safety protocols and proper use of PPE across all operations.
• Provide clear project status updates to owners, supervisors, and field team.
• Participate in emergency on-call rotation to support clients in crisis.
