Rytech is a nationally recognized leader in the water damage industry. A Lead Water Mitigation Technician oversees daily mitigation assignments, new referrals, and customer/manager communications to ensure tasks are completed effectively.

Role requires on-call availability, ability to drive a company vehicle, and strong customer service. IICRC WRT certification preferred; restoration and insurance claim experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Restoration experience in mitigation, remediation, or construction.
• Experience handling insurance claims related to losses.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Able to lift and maneuver heavy equipment and contents.
• Willingness to work in confined spaces such as attics or crawlspaces.
• IICRC WRT certification preferred; other certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be available by phone and email during on-duty hours.
• Communicate daily with Operations/Assistant OPS Manager.
• Maintain a company-issued vehicle and related logs.
• Follow the Fleet Vehicle Handbook and SDS procedures.
• Update files daily in the MICA app.
• Be on-call 24/7 and respond promptly to referrals.
• Coordinate with customers and insurance personnel daily.

Job Summary

A Lead Water Mitigation Technician is responsible for the daily service of mitigation assignments, New referrals, and existing, as well as customer and manager communications to accomplish their duties.

Responsibilities

• Be available by phone and email during scheduled on-duty hours
• Communicate daily with the Operations manager/Assistant OPS Manager
• Maintaining a company-issued vehicle
• Fleet Vehicle Handbook, SDS sheet, Equipment, Consumables, vehicle maintenance
• Maintain a daily update of all files in the MICA app
• Be available 24/7 when working on-call rotation
• Communicate daily with customers/Insurance personnel

Qualifications

• Restoration (Mitigation, Remediation, Construction) experience required
• Experience working with Insurance claims
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Must be knowledgeable of Ipad features
• Must be able to listen and follow directions
• Must be able to lift and maneuver heavy equipment/contents
• Willing to work in confined spaces such as but not limited to attics and crawlspaces
• IICRC Certifications WRT required and other certifications a plus
