Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in restoration industry or equivalent leadership in commercial mitigation.
- Experience leading mitigation crews and supervising restoration projects.
- Proficient in Xactimate and Symbility/Cotality; strong T&M estimating.
- Working knowledge of Symbility and related restoration software.

This is a hands‑on leadership position requiring strong technical expertise, estimating proficiency, and the ability to lead field personnel while maintaining exceptional customer service and financial performance.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable writing accurate estimates, managing crews, communicating with adjusters and project stakeholders, and stepping into the field to oversee complex commercial losses. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably while meeting client and carrier expectations. This position primarily serves commercial and industrial clients throughout the Greater Philadelphia area, with support for other company locations as business needs require.

- Submit estimates within required carrier and TPA timelines.
