Job summary

JT4, LLC is seeking a Senior Mission Operations Scheduler to lead the Mission Operations Scheduling team in planning weekly, monthly, and 90-day flight schedules for test operations supporting U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy programs.

The role requires extensive experience in air operations and airspace management, plus the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance and a valid driver's license. This on-site Utah position may include occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Military school training or equivalent on-the-job training.
• Bachelor's degree strongly desired.
• Seven to twelve years in local operations; ten to sixteen years in air operations or related activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and schedule weekly, monthly, and 90-day flight schedules.
• De-conflict flight-test assets to meet objectives and priorities.
• Coordinate airspace usage for personnel and travel, preparing for test operations.
• Input air operations data into central system and monitor trends for efficiency.
• Provide direction to subordinate personnel and ensure safety parameters.
