Job summary

JT4, LLC is seeking a Mission Operations Scheduler to support test ranges and airspace management for U.S. military operations in the Utah region.

The role focuses on coordinating objectives with project officers, developing flight schedules, and ensuring safety parameters are met during dynamic test operations. Requires military training background or equivalent, 5–10 years in air operations, and ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of computer terminals and word processing applications.
• Familiar with integrated software tools used in scheduling and data management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate test program objectives and data requirements with project officers and test directors.
• Oversee development and implementation of weekly, monthly, and 90-day flying schedules.
• De-conflict flight-test assets to support day, night, and current operations.
• Schedule airspace for personnel travel and materials for tests.
• Monitor airspace activity and adjust schedules by priority and time constraints.
• Input air operations data into a single source document and extract trend analyses.
• Ensure safety and security parameters are maintained and coordinate real-time changes.
• Provide work direction to subordinates and perform related duties.
