Qualifications

Bachelor's degree strongly desired.
7–12 years in local work unit operations; 10–16 years in air operations.
Ability to obtain and retain a security clearance; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Oversee development, prioritization, and implementation of weekly, monthly, and 90-day program flying schedules.
De-conflict unique flight-test assets to meet objectives for day, night, and current flight-test operations.
Schedule airspace for personnel, visiting personnel travel, and staff transporting material for tests.
Monitor airspace from inception to completion of flight activity and align scheduled activity by priority and time constraints.
Operate computer terminal to input all air operations data into a single source document.
Extract airspace trend analysis data to monitor and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure established safety and security parameters are maintained.
Coordinate changes in real-time operations.
Provide work direction to subordinate personnel.
Perform other related duties as directed.
