Job summary

JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under J-Tech II.

The Mission Operations Scheduler coordinates test program objectives with project officers and manages airspace for operations at various test sites in Utah and beyond. The role requires extensive experience in air operations, scheduling procedures, and range users, with a preference for candidates able to obtain and maintain a government security

Qualifications

• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in using computer terminals and word processing/integrated software.
• Willingness to work extended hours, shifts, overnights, and weekends.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate test program objectives and data with project officers.
• Oversee development, prioritization, and implementation of flight schedules.
• De-conflict flight-test assets to support day, night, and current operations.
• Monitor airspace and align activity with priorities and time constraints.
• Input air operations data into a single source document and extract trend data.
• Ensure safety and security parameters are maintained.
