You will coordinate multi-functional teams across business development, engineering, estimating, procurement, and project delivery to craft winning proposals aligning with client requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing complex proposals, pursuits, or preconstruction activities.
• Experience supporting large-scale construction, engineering, infrastructure, mission-critical, or data center projects.
• Strong understanding of preconstruction, estimating, procurement, and project delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end proposal process for RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, presentations, executive summaries, and commercial submissions.
• Develop and manage proposal schedules, deliverables, and review milestones.
• Coordinate proposal kickoffs, strategy sessions, storyboard reviews, and final submission activities.
• Ensure proposals are delivered on time and meet all client requirements.
