Job summary

Spencer Ogden is partnering with a high-growth infrastructure business to hire an experienced leader to oversee the development and delivery of large-scale digital infrastructure projects. The role combines project delivery, commercial negotiation, technical coordination, and partner management across a growing portfolio of compute and mission-critical assets, driving performance and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across data centers and digital infrastructure.
• Experience taking projects from concept through construction, commissioning, and operation.
• Strong commercial capability, including negotiating complex customer contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex digital infrastructure projects from early-stage site evaluation through construction, commissioning, and operational handover.
• Oversee site planning, electrical infrastructure, cooling, connectivity, civil works, and associated delivery requirements.
• Structure and negotiate commercial agreements with customers and strategic partners, including service levels, capacity commitments, delivery milestones, and performance terms.
• Select and manage key technology, equipment, engineering, and construction partners.
• Own project budgets, schedules, risk, quality, and delivery performance across the portfolio.
• Work closely with engineering and development teams on grid connection, metering, protection, energization, and site readiness.
• Provide clear reporting to senior leadership and ensure projects remain aligned with commercial and operational objectives.
