Job summary

Spencer Ogden is seeking Sr/Development Project Managers to lead design, preconstruction and construction delivery across large-scale data center campuses in Dallas. You will coordinate budgets, schedules, vendors and stakeholders from planning through turnover.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial or mission critical construction, experience with data centers or MEP infrastructure, and familiarity with delivery models such as Design-Build or CMAR.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial or mission critical construction/project management.
• Experience with data centers, MEP infrastructure, or large-scale construction delivery.
• Experience managing GCs, vendors, schedules, budgets, and client/stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with Design Build, CMAR, or Lump Sum delivery models in mission critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Managing multi-phase data center construction projects across active campuses.
• Leading contractor, design, MEP, and commissioning coordination.
• Overseeing budgets, schedules, change orders, procurement, and reporting.
• Supporting permitting, due diligence, executive updates, and operational readiness.
