Qualifications

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Willingness and ability to adhere to OSHA/MSHA regulatory requirements.
• 5-10 years’ mining/heavy industry experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of safety systems and processes.
• Strong communication skills.

• Must pass equipment qualifications on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities and mentor crew members as SME.
• Assist with MSHA regulatory training and compliance.
• Conduct quality pre-operation inspections.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe production standards.
• Support training and development of other technicians.
• Collaborate with site leadership to optimize processes.
• Assist with incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain and use site management software.
• Travel to new sites as needed and support current site timelines.
• Oversee equipment readiness and maintenance backlog.
