Job summary

Zachry Group is looking for a Millwright Foreman in Waco, Nebraska, to manage a crew responsible for the installation and maintenance of complex machinery in power plants and refineries. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of relevant industrial construction/maintenance experience and familiarity with precision tools.

The role demands exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and lead a team. This position may require working in various environments and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial machinery installation, repair and maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
• Possesses all required Journeyman tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a crew in maintaining and repairing machinery.
• Plan, inspect, and document the scope of work.
• Operate precision machinery and tools.

Education
