Job summary

ZACHRY Group is seeking an experienced Industrial Journeyman Millwright for CHENIERE SABINE PASS, Cameron, LA. The role requires installation, maintenance and repair of heavy industrial machinery, with emphasis on precision alignment and complex assemblies.

Candidates should have 4–5 years of industrial construction/maintenance experience and at least 3 years in power generation plants. Must be able to travel 7 days as needed and possess a valid TWIC and driver license.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated industrial construction/maintenance history experience.
• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools and layout tools and precision equipment.
• Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Understand load properties of cables, ropes, hoists and chains.
• Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics and engineering specs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, inspect, verify and document scope of work.
• Use precision leveling and alignment tools to measure distances and angles.
• Fit bearings, align gears and attach motors per blueprints.
• Dismantle machines using hand tools and power tools.
• Assemble and install equipment and foundations.
• Operate lathes, grinders and files; fabricate parts as needed.
