Job summary

Targa Resources is seeking a Project Manager – Construction to lead midstream facility and pipeline construction projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget targets are met. You will coordinate contractors, materials, and internal resources across the full project lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on leadership in design reviews, procurement, field execution, regulatory compliance, and close collaboration with operations and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proven project management experience in construction.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through the full lifecycle from feasibility to commissioning.
• Support operations with troubleshooting and pipeline projects.
• Coordinate design activities, route selection, and constructability reviews.
• Oversee procurement and installation of pipeline materials.
• Track costs and milestones; report progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate bid processes, contracting, and change management.
• Ensure compliance with API, ASME, DOT, NFPA and company standards.
• Maintain project documentation per company standards.
• Interface with operations, engineering, and commercial teams.
• Oversee 3rd party inspectors.
