Job summary

The Project Engineer at Targa Resources designs, and supports the construction of midstream gas processing facilities, including equipment specification, process simulation, and troubleshooting.

Collaborating with engineering consultants, operations, and project teams, you will deliver safe, reliable solutions and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle. ProMax familiarity and travel (≈25%) are expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering from a 4-year accredited university.
• Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time.
• Experience in natural gas gathering, processing, dehydration, and related operations.
• Experience with Promax or similar process simulation software.
