Job summary

Energy Transfer LP is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee capital project construction, including pipelines and midstream facilities such as terminals, stations and processing sites.

The CM will support Project Managers in pre-construction work, drive schedules, manage costs, and coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure safe, compliant and efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent required; 8+ years construction management experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and safe driving record; willingness to travel 50%+ for site work and inspections.
• Strong knowledge of industry codes, OSHA/PHMSA requirements, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction of capital projects including pipelines and midstream facilities.
• Coordinate pre-construction activities: cost estimates, route reconnaissance, constructability reviews.
• Plan, schedule, and manage construction execution with contractors and vendors.
