Responsibilities

• Lead instruction and training of scholars in the classroom and assigned grade levels.
• Develop and implement daily instruction plans aligned to goals.
• Use differentiated and research-based instructional strategies.
• Conduct interim assessments and analyze data to inform instruction.
• Maintain accurate records including attendance, behavior, and student data.
• Support scholar safety and supervise outside-school activities.
• Engage with scholars, parents, and staff to promote academic success and character development.
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and school events.
