Job summary

Student Choice High School-Maricopa Campus seeks a Lead Math Teacher for the high school level to champion wrap-around services and an alternative diploma path. The role partners with the principal and staff to drive mission-aligned programs and engage in professional development and program evaluation with stakeholders.

The position is on-site with eligibility for temporary telework under the handbook and supervisor approval; travel for district PD may be required within the Greater Phoenix

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and AZ teaching certificate required.
• Passing Subject Knowledge Exam in Math or ELA.
• Valid AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Lead Teacher for the assigned Student Success Team.
• Collaborates with the campus principal to support leadership and stakeholder partnerships.
• Oversees the Team’s PLC to monitor diploma progress and pathways.
• Serves as Teacher of Record for assigned courses.
• Maintains LMS dashboard and provides progress reports.
