Qualifications

• Senior-level micropile drilling experience required.
• Experience with hollow-bar grout injection micropiles.
• Direct experience with drilling and grouting equipment.
• Reading plans and project specifications.
• Strong leadership and field supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field crew and plan daily drilling and grouting operations.
• Mobilize, set up, and break down drilling and grout equipment.
• Ensure safety, PPE compliance, and site paperwork.
• Communicate with superintendents, inspectors, engineers, and project managers.
• Document daily reports, logs, and records.
