PKF-Mark III, Inc. seeks a seasoned Foundation Manager/Superintendent with 10+ years of experience in heavy civil foundations, including drilled shafts, micropiles, H-piles, and sheet piling.

The role covers leadership of field crews, safety excellence, and coordination with subcontractors across marine and industrial facilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or related.
• 10+/- years of experience in heavy civil foundations work.
• Ability to meet fast-paced, changing schedules and priorities.
• Keen awareness of industry best practices, OSHA requirements, equipment and QA/QC.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Local projects within 1-2 hours.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and direct all field crews on tasks.
• Ensure tasks are completed with highest safety standards.
• Provide forepersons with tools and information to complete tasks safely and productively.
• Monitor subcontractor progress, manage budget and schedule expectations.
• Understand project specifications related to work items.
• Track productivity and costs for assigned tasks.
• Apply QA/QC to ensure high quality work.
• Oversee all construction activities on the project site.
• Respond to changing site conditions and unforeseen challenges.
• Maintain submission of paperwork, submittals, materials tracking and document control.
• Produce weekly safety reports.
• Manage manpower needs for the project.
• Contribute to construction designs including major work plans.
• Analyze survey data to plan projects.
• Manage budgets, project costs and performance with field teams.
• Review job cost reports for foundations elements.
• Inspect sites for progress and safety conformance.
• Assist in tracking and submitting foundation-related claims.
