Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of mechanical design experience in micro-hydraulic systems.
• Experience leading engineering projects or technical workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and high-pressure micro-hydraulics.
• Experience creating/interpreting hydraulic schematics and engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in hydraulic calculations, sizing and troubleshooting.
• Experience with product development from concept to launch.
• Knowledge of GD&T, DFMEA, and root-cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and global-team collaboration.
• Ability to lead teams and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, integration, and validation of micro-hydraulic systems.
• Provide technical leadership across handheld and stationary products.
• Collaborate with electrical, software, motor controls, suppliers, and manufacturing.
• Support prototype testing and production launch.
• Contribute to IP development and patent-support activities.
