Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction with a focus on MEP.
• A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience managing MEP on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all MEP aspects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and supervise MEP subcontractors per plans.
• Review and approve MEP designs and on-site implementation.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, architects, and field teams.
• Monitor progress and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
• Ensure safety and quality standards for all MEP work.
• Provide technical advice and resolve MEP issues.
• Conduct inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment.
• Manage procurement of MEP materials and equipment.
• Prepare reports on MEP progress for senior management.
