Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a similar MEP role within construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience managing MEP on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MEP scope from inception to project closeout.
• Coordinate and supervise MEP subcontractors on site.
• Review and validate MEP designs and plans for correct on-site implementation.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, architects and other stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet schedule and budget.
• Ensure MEP work complies with safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve MEP issues.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment.
• Manage procurement of MEP materials and equipment.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management.
