Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar MEP leadership role.
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Experience managing MEP on large-scale projects and coordinating subcontractors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all MEP aspects of our construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of all MEP subcontractors per plans and specs.
• Review and approve MEP designs and ensure on-site implementation.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other professionals for smooth progress.
• Monitor project progress and adjust as needed for successful completion.
• Ensure MEP work complies with safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical advice and resolve MEP-related issues.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment for MEP systems.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
