Job summary

HITT Contracting is seeking an MEP Superintendent to coordinate startup and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and control systems on projects in Dallas, TX. The role requires collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure the project schedule and contract documents are met.

A four-year degree is strongly preferred in construction, engineering, or business, or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business preferred.
• 4 years experience in Mechanical or Electrical System Construction.
• 3 years in Mission Critical Construction, Hospital Construction, MEP Project Management, or Start-up/Commissioning.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mechanical and electrical startup and commissioning.
• Develop MEP critical path schedules.
• Manage equipment procurement and deliveries.
• Review submittals and organize project meetings.
• Build client relations.
• Ensure quality control for MEP systems.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and design teams.
