Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an MEP Project Manager to support the delivery of data center construction projects in Charlotte, North Carolina. This site-based role involves daily coordination with project leadership, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, consultants and clients, with travel variability by project.

The ideal candidate has 3–10 years of construction experience and a readiness to develop a long-term career with a respected organization.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience within construction or construction project management.
• Background in commercial, industrial, institutional, mission-critical or another construction environment is welcome.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
• Willingness to work on construction projects in Charlotte, North Carolina.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated approach with the ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day coordination of construction projects through to completion.
• Collaborate with project executives, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, consultants and clients.
• Track project progress, schedules, budgets, costs and quality standards.
• Review project drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, change orders and related documentation.
• Assist with subcontractor engagement, procurement activities and project planning.
• Monitor potential risks and help resolve technical, commercial and delivery issues.
• Maintain consistent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to project reporting, cost forecasting and final project closeout.
• Help ensure that safety, quality, teamwork and accountability remain central to project delivery.
• Support the team in achieving key project milestones and successful outcomes.
