Nscale seeks an experienced MEP Manager to lead owner-side expertise for a large data center project. You will be the on-site owner representative for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, coordinating with GC, MEP subcontractors, and vendors from pre-construction through commissioning.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in MEP, deep knowledge of critical power and cooling, BIM coordination experience (Revit MEP, Navisworks), and Procore proficiency.

Formación

• Minimum 10+ years in MEP construction or commissioning.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as owner's on-site representative for MEP scopes: electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.
• Lead MEP coordination meetings, BIM clash reviews, and subcontractor planning sessions.
• Review MEP submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs for technical accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor MEP installation sequencing, quality, and code compliance across all fronts.
• Coordinate integration of MEP with IT/low-voltage, raised floor layouts, and structure.
• Oversee startup and pre-commissioning activities with CxA and owner's CX team.
• Track open items, punch lists, and NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
• Attend FATs and SATs for major equipment as required.
• Provide progress summaries to GC and owner-side program team.
• Review change proposals for technical validity and owner impact.
