Responsibilities

• Review project plans and validate full project scope with internal teams.
• Identify project risks and assess their potential cost impact.
• Source and analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Prepare bid instructions, forms, and solicitation documentation.
• Lead quantity take-offs and pricing for internal budgets.
• Develop conceptual estimates from limited early-stage information.
• Review schedules, scopes of work, and site logistics with Operations.
• Manage documentation flow and coordinate subcontractor bid scoping.
• Assess constructability and identify potential project challenges.
• Monitor market trends in labor, materials, and costs.
• Evaluate alternative methods to deliver cost-effective solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Represent the organization at industry events and client meetings.
• Support kickoff meetings, work plan development, reviews, and site visits.
• Price and evaluate project change impacts as required.
