• Ability to identify design features impacting cost and propose alternatives delivering function.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to lead MEP staff.
• Knowledge of contract documents and applicable codes.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, design consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and owner's representatives from initiation to completion.
• Thorough understanding of Turner contract documents, plans, specifications, and codes.
• Lead, supervise and develop Turner MEP staff; participate in performance appraisals.
• Oversee daily activities of Engineer-MEP, Superintendent-MEP, and subordinates.
• Manage MEP procurement, project budgets, quality, safety, scheduling, installation, commissioning, and close-out processes.
