Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent field experience.
• Minimum four years of construction management or commissioning experience, preferably with an MEP Contractor or Commissioning firm.
• Solid understanding of commissioning processes, construction documents, and their relationship to QA/QC and project management.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing owner project requirements.
• Supporting scope reviews.
• Developing commissioning specifications.
• Creating commissioning plans, checklists, and tests for basic systems.
• Performing field visits and observing commissioning inspections and tests.
• Writing issue descriptions, field reports, and final reports.
