KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher in Indiana. Lead, coach and mentor classroom staff; implement our curriculum; create a safe, nurturing environment where children learn and grow; partner with parents to support each child's development.

This role requires CDA or NAEYC candidacy, 2–3 years ECE experience, and a Bachelor's in ECE preferred. CPR/First Aid, ability to lift 40 pounds, and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills required.
• CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy recommended.
• 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Able to meet state qualifications and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum aligned with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support each child's development.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
