Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated teachers to lead and mentor staff, implement the curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing learning environment. You will partner with families to ensure the best care and education for children, while supporting center goals around enrollment and accreditation.

Ideal candidates have CDA or NAEYC candidacy, CPR/First Aid, and 2–3 years of ECE experience, with a preferred Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Active CDA Credential or be pursuing NAEYC candidacy as required for the role.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom and model behaviors.
• Implement the KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Support the center’s success by working with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
