Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to lead and mentor staff, implement the curriculum, and create a safe, engaging environment for children. You will partner with families to support development and coordinate with center teams to drive enrollment and quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and compliance with state licensing while fostering a love of learning in children. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• Approved state trainer preferred.
• 23 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Proficiency in English for communicating with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each childs needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to ensure the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by partnering with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
