Job summary

KinderCare Education is hiring a Teacher to lead and mentor staff, implement age-appropriate curriculum, and foster a safe, engaging learning environment for children. You will partner with families and school staff to support enrollment and accreditation goals, while upholding quality standards across centers.

The role requires prior ECE experience, a CDA or state credentials where applicable, and CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain. Benefits accompany a supportive, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, multitasking ability.
• Active CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds; indoors or outdoors.
• Able to read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success; collaborate to achieve enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
