Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio of Leawood is seeking a sales-focused team member to lead monthly membership sales, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain a clean, welcoming studio.

The role involves attending weekly sales calls, coordinating promotions, using MindBody, and helping guests understand IR sauna benefits and related therapies.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Google Sheets, Drive, and Google apps.

Responsibilities

• Attend sales calls with our corporate office 1 to 2x a week.
• Prepare the team for upcoming promotions.
• Prepare the studio for upcoming promotions (print/create collateral, schedule automated texts/emails).
• Set goals and track sales progress daily.
• Forecast monthly revenue.
• Sell memberships in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Understand and speak to the science, technology, and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy.
• Use MindBody software to manage appointments and make sales.
• Administer studio tours for new guests and answer questions about services.
• Provide consistent, top-notch customer service.
• Maintain clean facility and studio appearance.
• Assist with turnover/cleaning of sauna rooms.
• Assist with administrative duties such as database entry and membership assistance.

Job Summary

We are looking for a candidate who has experience in one-to-one sales, who is reliable and radiates positive energy. This position is primarily responsible for leading monthly sales initiatives, customer service, maintaining a clean studio environment, and selling memberships to guests. Each of our team members are critical to our business because they set the pace for every guest’s experience which impacts our studio's growth on a daily basis.

• Use our software to manage appointments and make sales. MindBody software experience is a plus!

Closing shifts - 2:30 to 9pm
Minimum of 4 shifts a week (~24 hours minimum)
