Job summary

Perspire is seeking friendly team members for our upscale sauna studio in Walnut Creek to join the member service team. You will connect with guests, greet arrivals, and help deliver an exceptional wellness experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, assisting with towel operations, supporting sales staff, and guiding tours for new guests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service.
• Consistently awesome team-player attitude.
• Verifiable history of excellent attendance and prior sales experience.
• Morning, evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Turn over sauna rooms quickly after guest exit and prep for next appointment.
• Process towel shipments and maintain cold towel routine.
• Create towel bundles and ensure guest access to them.
• Welcome and greet clients enthusiastically.
• Support Sales Associates with miscellaneous tasks including sales and back-of-house duties.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide studio tours to new guests.
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
