Good Samaritan’s Augusta Place in Bismarck, ND seeks a Lead Medication Assistant to organize resident care and support nursing staff. You will ensure plans of care are followed and residents receive hands-on care, including vital signs, daily living activities, and medication administration as delegated by a licensed nurse.

Role involves maintaining documentation, supporting admissions, and assisting with well-being programs.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age of 18 and six months experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Active CMA/TMA certification as applicable by state where practicing.

Responsabilités

• Organize and assign resident assistants to ensure that residents’ plans of care are carried out and documented.
• Provide hands-on care including bathing, toileting, grooming, and vital signs.
• Document outcomes related to resident care, medication administration, behavior, and diet.
• Assist with admissions, orientation of new staff, and data collection on performance indicators.
