This PRN role requires a minimum of 3 months in long-term care (6 months preferred), a high school diploma or GED, and willingness to travel up to 75 miles to support multiple locations.

Qualifikationen

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• Must complete annual competency testing and continuing education credits as required by state.

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing and mobility.
• Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse.
• Document care, med administration, behavior, activity, and dietary outcomes.
• Communicate changes in condition and care needs to charge nurse.
• Support wellness and recreational activities and assist with meals and dining.
