The role involves coordinating writing activities within and across departments, mentoring junior writers, and ensuring adherence to ICH E3 guidelines, SOPs, and client standards while managing time and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of medical writing experience.
• Experience coordinating writing activities across departments.
• Familiarity with ICH E3 guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Leads clear and accurate medical writing deliverables for studies.
• Manages writing activities across departments with minimal supervision.
• Mentors less experienced writers on complex projects.
• Performs peer reviews to ensure scientific accuracy and proper format.
• Keeps clients and internal teams aligned with timelines and budgets.
