Summary: These positions are assigned to the Health Administration Service (HAS) and serve as direct support to the Supervisory MSA, providing support to Specialty and Women's Health clinics. The incumbent provides comprehensive, detailed, and on-the-job training to all new clinic personnel in the clinic unit area.
Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:
Work Schedule: 7:30am-4pm; 8am-4:30pm.
Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen, proficient in English, and subject to background/security investigation. Participation in the seasonal influenza vaccination program is required.
Qualifications: Experience in clerical, office, customer service, or administrative work, or education equivalent. For GS-7 level, one year of experience at the GS-6 level or equivalent is required, demonstrating knowledge of medical terminology, clinical processes, and ability to manage workflow and staff development.
Physical Requirements: Some physical exertion required, including walking, standing, twisting, bending, sitting, and carrying supplies.
