We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Medication Access Coordinator (MAC) to join our team, working Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.
The MAC plays an integral role in our centralized ambulatory pharmacy services team, supporting our patients' medication management needs. This position offers a unique opportunity to work autonomously while collaborating with a team. The MAC serves as the primary liaison for clinical stakeholders regarding pharmacy-based prior authorization and support programs, refill renewals, prescription assistance programs, and assists clinical pharmacists in their daily tasks at their discretion. Additionally, the MAC oversees workload management and balances quality improvement projects.
Given the remote nature of this role, we provide the necessary technology and training to ensure employees are proficient and productive, regardless of work location. Employees must designate a private, safe, ergonomic, and distraction-free workspace within their remote environment.
