Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery is seeking a Lead Medical Receptionist with exceptional customer service and clinical skills to join our dermatology team. You will greet patients, manage front desk tasks, collect insurance information, and support office leadership in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School level education.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medical computer programs and insurance policies preferred.
• Typing speed 40 wpm.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate efficient and timely entry of patients into the office.
• Greet patients professionally.
• Distribute literature and forms and verify completion.
• Collect and copy insurance IDs and driver licenses; assist with general office tasks.
• Support front office admins and Office Manager in various tasks.
• Pull and file patient records; handle some telephone contact with patients; setup new patient charts.
