Job summary

Center for Vein Restoration is seeking a Center Coordinator to support patient flow and scheduling at our clinics. The role emphasizes excellent patient service, accurate data entry, and coordination of treatment plans across locations.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of administrative or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, with reliable transportation to clinics. Travel to multiple CVR locations for training is required; Spanish fluency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year administrative or customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Must have reliable transportation to CVR clinics that may not be accessible by public transit.
• Ability to travel to CVR Fair Oaks & Leesburg Clinics for training.
• Spanish fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage efficient patient flow and deliver superb customer service.
• Data entry, schedule management, and treatment plan coordination to support patient retention.
• Review scheduling and financial responsibilities with patients throughout care.
• Send precertification forms daily to the Precertification Department.
