Job summary

Center for Vein Restoration is seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join a patient-centered team. The role supports consult-based nursing, patient education, and pre/post-procedure care in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Shifts are Tuesday and Thursday 6:15 AM–5 PM with options for a 4-day week or 10-hour days; no nights or weekends. Travel to CVR clinics may be required; bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred, and benefits include comprehensive insurance and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to CVR clinics.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care as part of the clinical team.
• Assist with consult-based nursing, assessments and patient education.
• Prepare and maintain the procedure room; assist in sterile and non-sterile procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation within 24–48 hours.
• Support inventory management and ensure supplies meet par levels.
• Assist the Surgical Tech duties when needed and aid in procedure setup and post-care.
