Job summary

One Physics LLC seeks a Therapy Medical Physicist Assistant to support QA, safety and planning in a radiation oncology setting. The role requires strong technical skills and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and treatment accuracy.

The position offers exposure to Eclipse, ARIA, and Mosaiq software, along with ongoing professional development within a leading medical physics provider in Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Health Physics, Medical Physics, Physics, or Engineering or related field.
• CAMPEP-approved Master’s degree preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of radiation physics and safety best practices.
• Proficiency with QA tools, dosimeters, and treatment planning software.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine QA tests on linear accelerators and imaging systems.
• Conduct patient-specific QA including IMRT/VMAT dose verification.
• Assist with commissioning and acceptance testing of new technologies.
• Support calibration and maintenance to ensure system accuracy.
• Maintain records of radiation safety procedures and dosimetry.
