The role requires seasoned healthcare operations experience, people leadership, and a collaborative approach to optimize workflows for new launches within a fast-growing scale-up.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare operations.
• 3+ years leading frontline teams.
• Data-driven mindset with privacy understanding (PHIPA/PIPEDA).
• Stock options and comprehensive benefits optional or available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the MOA team including Team Leads and Senior MOAs to deliver high-quality patient and provider support.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, queue monitoring, and SLA ownership across 7-day coverage.
• Drive people leadership: 1:1s, performance reviews, hiring and professional development.
• Optimize workflows and prepare the team for new launches using data and cross-functional collaboration.
