Job summary

- 2+ years of technical experience in a laboratory setting.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in medical/clinical laboratory science.
- CLIA equivalency or approved alternative credentials may be considered.
Responsibilities
- Provide orientation and training to new employees and students as a preceptor.
- Guide technical staff and resolve routine customer service issues within guidelines.
- Follow safety policies, PPE, handwashing, and chemical handling.
- Lead quality control and quality assurance testing.
- Maintain instrument performance and troubleshoot issues.
