Responsibilities

• Provide orientation and training to new employees and students as preceptor.
• Guide technical staff, resolve issues within guidelines, support education of clinical staff.
• Follow safety policies including PPE, handwashing, and chemical handling.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and QA testing.
• Perform pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical lab tasks with accuracy.
