The role requires a Bachelor's degree, two years of technical lab experience, MLS/CLS licensure, and the ability to train staff, manage quality control, and ensure regulatory compliance. Location: Overland Park, KS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Two years of technical laboratory experience required.
• MLS/CLS licensure or equivalent certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Performs analytical testing of blood and other specimens per procedures.
• Interprets complex results and serves as a technical resource.
• Provides orientation, training, and competency assessment for staff.
• Leads quality control, QA, and process improvement activities.
• Ensures compliance with accreditation standards and safety policies.
